Welcome to Beckstead Terry Ditto
We are a team of lawyers with a collective experience of six decades. We help businesses comply with laws and manage risk related to labor and employment, ethics, privacy and data security issues, and health law. In addition to advising clients on compliance issues, we also represent our clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration when disputes arise. We also provide mediation services. Our clients range from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Our attorneys are licensed in both Texas and California. If our clients need attorneys in different practice areas or states, we have a strong referral network of like-minded attorneys that are focused on providing value and efficiency so that you and your business can focus on your work and leave the legalities to us.

Mediation
Mediation is an effective tool to resolve disputes. It has been built into many contracts, and most courts in Texas require the parties in a lawsuit to mediate prior to trial. An empathetic and experienced attorney, Connie Ditto offers confidential, personalized dispute resolution. She knows the behind-the-scenes on both sides that can drive a resolution and derail it.
